Purpose: To maintain/develop current customer base and obtain new customers while meeting/surpassing sales mandate/goals. 

Day to day:

  • Actively manage and grow a dedicated sales territory that includes a large, pre-existing customer base.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals
  • Plan, organize and execute daily sales activities:

o   Cold calling and prospect research

o   Conduct sales blitzes

o   Analyze customer accounts to determine areas of opportunity

o   Deliver presentations and educate customers and potentials

o   Attend trade shows, warehouse sales and conventions

o   Conduct 15-20 client/prospect visits per day

  • Write proposals and negotiate large contracts - submit to Branch Manager for final approval
  • Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales objectives
  • Create various reports (sales volume, potential sales and areas of proposed client base expansion) and develop recommendations/solutions to increase sales
  • Understand, support and comply with company policies and procedures, e.g. special orders, credit, returns, health and safety, communications
  • Stay current on the Educational Childcare Regulation Act, product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature.

Required:

  • Bilingual French/English written and verbal skills
  • 2+ years of previous sales experience with strong knowledge of sales best practices and methodology
  • Proven track record of setting and surpassing sales targets
  • Exceptional drive, motivation, sense of urgency and desire to succeed
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with MS Office – Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
  • Valid driver’s licence and vehicle

Vos principales responsabilités :

  • Une gestion active de votre base de clientèle par la rétention et la croissance, ainsi que le développement de nouveaux clients  sur un territoire de ventes précis.
  • Développer, préparer et conduire des rencontres de prospections et faire le suivi afin d’assurer une gestion profitable des nouvelles opportunités d’affaires.
  • Suivre le cycle de sollicitation afin d’assurer la satisfaction des clients et l’exécution des stratégies de développement de compte.
  • Analyse des comptes clients afin de déterminer les opportunités de croissance
  • Promouvoir la Marque Avron et son service à valeur ajouté comme point de différenciation
  • Établir et maintenir de bonnes relations d’affaires avec la clientèle en offrant un excellent niveau de service (demandes des clients et proposition aux clients)
  • Développer et maintenir tous les aspects de la relation client selon  les politiques et procédures d’Avron, concernant les commandes spéciales, les crédits, les retours, la santé et la sécurité,  y compris les problèmes de service à la clientèle, les plaintes  et la coordination d'une solution finale.
  • Atteindre les objectifs mensuels, trimestriels, semestriels et fournir des rapports tels que requis
  • Participer à des évènements d’affaires

Qualifications :

  • Permis de conduire valide
  • Bilinguisme Français / Anglais (un atout )
  • 2 – 3 ans d’expérience en ventes
  • Excellente habilité de communication et de présentation
  • Gestion de temps efficace
  • Capacité à travailler de façon autonome et dans un environnement d’équipe
  • Expérience et/ou éducation pré-scolaire et primaire est un atout
  • Expérience de ventes dans les garderies, les écoles ou les centres de services aux personnes ayant des besoins particuliers sont des atouts

Delivery Driver

We are looking for an experienced delivery driver that wants to join a successful, growing Canadian company for a long future!

This is a full-time long-term position from Monday to Friday with stable day shift hours.

Responsibilities:

  • Pick up and deliver boxes of items and products to customers in the GTA/surrounding areas
  • Unload goods for inside delivery (dolly provided)
  • Drive with care at all times, respecting all driving legislation
  • Perform pre-trip inspections of cube truck, record drops
  • Provide excellent customer service skills
  • Communicate with Dispatch, Customer Service on a timely basis

Requirements:

  • Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience driving a cube van or truck with a 18’ to 24’ box
  • Ability to lift 23 kg (50 lbs)
  • Valid G Class Ontario Driver’s License
  • Clean Driver’s Abstract
