What does guaranteed low prices actually mean? We want to satisfy our customers and offer fair and affordable value for money. Our extensive research and experience in the market is why we can promise unbeatable prices through and through. We discount all of our items and sell below actual manufacturer suggested retail prices (MSRP), and price-match any product in our Arts&Crafts catalogue.
If I find a cheaper price elsewhere, will you match the price? Yes! If you happen upon an item identical to ours from another source for a cheaper price, please feel free to call our customer service team and someone will get started on a price-match assessment for you.
How do I make an order?
For your convenience, feel free to order by phone, fax, email, or online on our website.
o When placing an order we recommended that you include the product code numbers that are found listed with every product in our catalogue(s) or website(s)- it keeps things simple and accurate.
o When faxing your order please make sure to include the following information: your name, name of the daycare, phone number including area code, shipping information, as well as product codes and quantities.
What form of payment do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, Debit Cards (on-site only), as well as certified cheques or money orders, and online banking payment methods.
My facility uses Purchase Orders, do you accept those? We always do our very best to accommodate our customers needs for their convenience so please feel free to give us a call to discuss any particular requirement.
Can I buy directly from your manufacturers? Our manufacturers use a network of national dealers, such as Avron, and do not sell directly to the end user.
Why am I unable to log in to my account/access pricing? If you are unable to log in to your account, please call us at 905-761-9752 and someone from our glorious customer service team will be more than enthused to lend a hand. Accessing pricing can only be done by Avron customers. If you don’t have an account with us yet it’s a quick phone call away. If you have forgotten your password, click the “forgotten password” link when on the log in screen. We do not keep passwords on file.
How can I access my order history? If you are a registered customer, make sure you sign into your Personal Shopping account when you submit your order and you can access your past order information online. To view your order history click on ‘Past Orders’.
Can I return an item I ordered that I just don't want?
Absolutely! If you decide you do not want an item you purchased from us within 24 hours of receiving it, please call 1-800-997-9752 to arrange for it to be picked up at your next delivery. Kindly provide the invoice number when calling, and all returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
What is your warranty policy? For items that are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty (ie- structural damage sustained under normal use), customers are required to provide proof of purchase (receipt), as well as photographs to support warranty claims.

Where do you deliver?
We deliver to anywhere in Canada & the United States using either our own fleet or courier depending on the location.
Can I have an order delivered to my P.O. Box? The vast majority of our merchandise is shipped via courier and thus a valid street address is necessary for delivery. If a P.O. Box is entered instead of a shipping address when ordering on our website, an error message will appear when submitting the order.
Can I deliver my order to a different address?
Absolutely! Please indicate that at the time of placing your order by filling out the “Comments” screen, in addition to including the remaining information requested on the form.
What are the details regarding shipping and handling costs?
Having operated and expanded in the market throughout the past two decades, we have done the research and achieved the buying power that allow us to provide our partners with the most competitive shipping rates.
- A minimum shipping charge of $30.00 applies to all orders less than $200.00 (before taxes) within the GTA.
- A minimum shipping charge of $50.00 applies to all orders less than $300.00 (before taxes) outside the GTA but within the delivery service areas.
For customers outside of our fleet’s delivery service area we present our customers with the top 3 most cost-effective quotes for their final approval.
All handling charges (ie. border crossing fees, duty fees, brokerage fees, fuel surcharges, or other such charges) are the responsibilities of the customer and can either be added to their invoice or charged directly by the U.S. Customs. All orders must be prepaid prior to shipping.
Customers outside of Canada will require tax ID numbers for cross-border shipments.
