Shipping charges will be added to any order based on the lowest courier price found by our shipping department.

We cannot ship to PO Boxes therefore physical street addresses are needed.

Avron prides itself in shipping complete orders. However, in case of any shortages caused by manufacturer's availability, customers will be informed if an alternate phone number is provided. If items are not available or become discontinued by the manufacturer, Avron has the right to cancel any backorders.
Items not in stock at the time of processing your order will be shipped when available and invoiced separately.*

All orders require a 50% deposit and are subject to a restocking fee of 50% if cancelled after 24 hours upon confirming the order. *

Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact our Customer Service Department if there are any discrepancies with your shipment. This must be done within 24 hours receipt of order.
Delays of more than 24 hours may result in carriers refusing to pay claims.
All returned product should be unused and in original packaging and saleable condition.

In order to process your return quickly and to ensure your account is adjusted accordingly, every return must be authorized by our Customer Service Department which must be accompanied with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form. Returns sent without any correspondence may not be adjusted accordingly.
In order to avoid any errors, please verify your order before calling, faxing or emailing it to our office.
Customers are responsible for shipping charges on the return if it was ordered by the customer in error.
A proof of purchase (receipt) must be provided by the customer for items that are covered by a manufacturer's warranty, (i.e. structural damage under normal use.)
Pictures must be required to support warranty claims.
